Unleashing the power within, Chad Lambie is a force of inspiration. Born with Cleidocranial Dysplasia Dysostosis, he defied the odds and emerged as a beacon of resilience. As a motivational speaker, Chad shares his life's triumphs and success formulas to empower others in overcoming adversity. With his unwavering motto of "No Excuses," he serves as a Swim Buddy for anyone in need, guiding them toward their own greatness.
A true anomaly, Chad is the only person with CCD to graduate from a Navy Special Warfare selection program, and then served six years in the Navy with relentless determination. Through this arduous training and lifestyle, he was able to forge life lessons in integrity, organization, and mental toughness to name a few. He hopes to give back the knowledge he has gained.
Chad has firsthand knowledge of what students need due to his 7+ years in secondary education from 2016 – Present.


Teaching, presenting, and working with people are some of his passions
Chad hopes to see the ripple effect of his information affecting the lives of others for years to come. In addition to the life experiences mentioned above, Chad was also a college baseball player, MVP, and USCAA player of the week two times, as well as a three-time captain at the NCAA II level.
